He is shown as Edward in the 1850 census; Edmon in the 1860 census; and Edmund in the 1870 census. The discrepancy in names was quite common by the census-takers. He is the same person in these censuses because the dates, places of birth, and household members are the same. Prior censuses didn't have much detailed information, so it is a little harder to find him in these.
Some family tree records from other genealogists show his name as Edmon, but I am putting his name as Edward since that is how he is shown in the 1850 census.
